SDAIA's Tawakkalna App: One-Stop Shop for Saudi Services

The Tawakkalna app now provides access to Saudi Railway (SAR) services made possible by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). The LEAP25 conference saw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to streamline procedures and save users' time.

The Role of Tawakkalna

Originally built to track infection cases during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tawakkalna app is a mobile health application from SDAIA. It has developed into an all-inclusive platform that offers a range of government services. More than 32 million people use the app, including residents, tourists, and citizens.

The Vision of SDAIA

This program, which encourages innovation and makes use of cutting-edge technologies across industries, is in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The objectives of SDAIA are to improve Saudi Arabia's standing as a center for innovation and technology, strengthen strategic alliances, and quicken digital transformation. With over 315 functions, the Tawakkalna app is one of SDAIA's major efforts to unify services across government agencies.

With a 91.29% grade, Tawakkalna led the Saudi Arabian government platforms in the Digital Experience Maturity Index. The app is available in 77 countries and offers services in seven languages.
